Hairs add beauty in our personality. Due to excessive use of chemical products, pollution or poor diet/hygein our hairs lost its natural shine.
To maintain hairs quality add balance protein and diary products in your diet. Veges can include sprouts, curd, milk, cereals, paneer etc in diet. Whereas non-veg eaters can add fish, eggs etc in their regime.

Here in my first post I'll share with you few DIY tips to get super lustrous hair at home. These methods are tried and tested personally by me. Follow them on regular basis for best results.
- For dry hair-
Take aloe Vera gel add 1 spoon of honey to it. Mix , apply on hairs and leave it for an hour. Wash with shampoo.
- Dandruff treatment
Take 3-4 table spoon of curd add 1 spoon of Amla powder. Mix it and apply from scalp to hair tips. Leave it for an hour and than shampoo.
- Hair fall treatment
Soak 2 table spoon fenugreek seeds in water over night. Drain water from seeds next morning and grind to make a paste. Than mix it with 2 table spoon of curd and 1 table spoon of Amla powder. Leave it for an hour and than shampoo.
For oily hairs-
Take 2 spoon of aloe vera gel mix it with curd,few drops of lemon juice and Multan mitti( fuller clay) and apply this mask for an hour than shampoo. Do it twice a week for soft oil free hair.
All these DIY are free of any chemical. Anyone can try them for best looking hair. Along with these DIY take care of your diet. Use only good quality shampoo and conditioner.
